 Typical Application of Pressure Transmitter Designed for Hydrogen Detection

I. Introduction:

Hydrogen brittleness and hydrogen permeation have long obsessed the engineering technology community in terms of the measurement of hydrogen pressure. Hydrogen leakage, if any, will be disastrous. In the current market, most pressure transmitters can not be directly used to measure hydrogen pressure, because the materials used for these products cannot resist hydrogen brittleness and hydrogen permeation. However, the core component of Senex’s pressure transmitter designed for hydrogen detection uses special metal made in USA that resists hydrogen brittleness and hydrogen permeation. The metal has gone through strict heat treatment, meticulous design and processing.

Equipped with monitoring system to monitor the temperature, pressure and flow in the inflation process, and control the inflation rate; 
Equipped with safety interlocking system to automatically cut off gas source; 
Use imported mass flowmeter featuring automatic pressure and temperature compensation; 
Power failure protection, display recovery upon power failure; 
Sound data storage, management and query functions. Statistics of dispensing; 
Preset with fixed quantity/amount dispensing;
